Pointe shoe Fittings
Appointments MUST be made for pointe shoe fittings; these can be arranged outside normal shop opening hours
The fitting will take into consideration the dancer’s foot and ankle anatomy so that advice can be given on how to overcome any potential problems.
Also, tailor-made exercises will be given where required.
Dance-specific Pilates Classes
Addressing flexibility, core strength, turn-out and alignment. Also available for dance-related injuries.
